Cosmos bipinnatus
A UBC Farm favourite! Flowers bloom abundantly with a mix of double and semidouble flowers bearing white and purple streaks with a small yellow face. Harvest continuously and deadhead to extend flowering. Strong stalks make for great bouquets. Sow into trays early and transplant after the last frost or direct seed after the last frost for a later harvest. Start multiple successions for continuous availability.
