Amaranthus caudatus
A white seeded and white flowering upright amaranth with a thick flower head containing thousands of seeds. About 5 feet. I bought a small amount of seed in the Tofino health food store 8 years ago and have no idea of its origin. It's always done very well for me. Beautiful in the garden. Seeds cook up in 12 minutes at a low simmer and are as excellent as any other amaranth.
