AKA Orange Milkweed. This fiery perennial, native in Canada from Ontario to Newfoundland, is very attractive to butterflies and other beneficial insects. It will bloom in the first year from early direct sowing. Its waxy green stems grow to 70cm (27") tall topped by vivid orange flower clusters. Hardy to Zone 3.
